"Fresh produce for me and for clients at the Brookline Food Pantry.” Brookline Department of Public Health staff promoted a donation day at the Brookline Farmers’ Market on Thursday, October 12 when shoppers were encouraged to buy extra fruits and vegetables which were donated and delivered to the Brookline Food Pantry. The National Food Day event in Brookline ensures that clients of the food pantry sites have access to fresh produce as a part of Food Day celebrations.
