Happy Winter Brookline!

Skip the gym and the weight bearing exercises this week and come help us on Thursday mornings! We are looking for volunteers to help unload the trucks bringing food from the Greater Boston Food Bank! Many days the time commitment can be about an hour or so. Volunteer once a month, weekly, or whenever you can spare a Thursday morning. We are also in immediate need of drivers, volunteers who own a larger car or truck, and volunteers who can donate time during our pantry shift hours.
Come join our team and help ensure none of our Brookline Neighbors Go to Bed Hungry tonight.
Also ask about Brookline Thrives volunteer opportunities!

What is Brookline Thrives?
Brookline Thrives is a Brookline Food Pantry program that works in partnership with the Public Schools of Brookline to provide free take-home weekend meals to school-age children in need.  It is the mission of Brookline Thrives to reduce the number of Brookline students starting the school week hungry.

The program just completed its first successful year in the Lincoln and Coolidge Corner schools and fed approximately 90-100 children per week.  We are so excited to announce Brookline Thrives will expand to Pierce, Driscoll and BEEP schools in Fall 2019.
